Overview

This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts, along with defining a talent acquisition employer branding plan from conception to implementation. Create and develop communication collaterals and initiatives to promote messaging. Ability to find creative ways to bring talent acquisition philosophy alive.

 

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans and processes to attain top-talent
  • Identify recruiting sources, assess new talent and develop new methods to attract talent
  • Design and conceptualize talent acquisition value proposition into a compelling and authentic story and package to attract top talent
  • Define a talent acquisition employer branding plan from conception to implementation
  • Create and develop communication collaterals and initiatives to promote messaging
  • Serve as an ambassador of our firm when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the firm
  • Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle and effectiveness of campaigns; regularly communicate status and results
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and ensure goals are met
  • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensure all recruiting processes and applicant data is within OFCCP compliance
  • Perform or participate in a variety of associated tasks which may include onboarding, job fairs, job fair planning, The Think Big program, MacAllister Technician School, and recruiting materials design
  • Mentor fellow Talent Acquisition Representatives on best recruiting practices 

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a business related concentration
  • 5 years or more of experience in a recruiting and/or employer branding business related role (Human Resources, Social Sciences, Media, Economics or equivalent)

Preferred:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • 7 years or more of experience in a recruiting and/or employer branding business related role
  • 1 year of more experience in Digital Communications
