The Senior HR Business Leader position is responsible for being a strategic partner with senior leadership by promoting, communicating, and implementing business strategies and initiatives for the assigned business units. The position understands the business of the assigned unit including its financial position, strategic plans, culture and competition. The Sr. HR Business Leader is an employee advocate in addition to providing guidance on HR policies such as benefits, compensation, employee development, and recruiting.
