  • Overview

    This position is responsible for working with the Retail Sales Manager to lead and ensure a consistent retail customer experience between physical and digital channels across all branches along with creating, supporting, and analyzing in-store and online marketing retail awareness activities.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Generate leads, market share, revenue and profit for retail sales through various channels (i.e. phone, email, promotional campaigns and etc.)
    • Manage and expand consistent marketing materials, branch ordering, branch signage, novelties, and visual promos
    • Generate and ensure leads have a high Click Through Rate with low Cost Per Click and Online Chat that leverages the statewide team with mobile accessibility and low Customer Queue Time (CQT)
    • Manage website content creation and landing pages for digital retail efforts
    • Partner with sales leadership to generate promotions for machine sales
    • Create and manage analytics for retail marketing results (i.e. dashboards, standard reports, ad-hoc reports, KPIs and etc.)
    • Create and maintain a post-sale online review system that achieves consistent flow of online reviews for each region, integration into company platforms, and increasing SEO metrics
    • Assist with customer and retail employee surveys as needed


    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • No formal responsibility for supervising others


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related business field
    • 4 years or more of experience in marketing related role
    • A valid driver’s license


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related business field
    • 5 years or more of experience in a B2B demand generation and prospect cultivation related role
    • SEM and SEO experience

    • Knowledge of basic CRM principles
    • Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms
    • Strong multitasking abilities, detail-oriented and self-motivated
    • Professional demeanor with both internal and external contacts including personal appearance and friendly, courteous treatment of peers, and people at all levels inside and outside the organization
    • Proficient computer with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and the ability to learn CAT/MacAllister/Michigan Cat systems
    • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and listening skills
    • The ability to work overtime and be on-call as needed, including weekends
    • Excellent creative thinking skills; good decision-making skills and basic goal setting skills
